Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learning and support classrooms for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. You’ll lead engaging lessons, mentor other teachers, and ensure curriculum adherence and licensing compliance.

The role emphasizes parent communication, child development milestones, and a Monday–Friday work week with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• 12 units in ECE or Child Development required
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers
• Promote growth—social, physical, and intellectual—for preschool children
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation per licensing and company standards
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success
