Celebree School Of Matthews is seeking a caring Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team in Matthews, NC. This full-time role focuses on safe, engaging learning experiences for young children and building strong relationships with families.

You will lead daily activities, create lesson plans, support development, maintain a clean classroom, and collaborate with a supportive team. No nights or weekends; Monday–Friday, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with preschool or young children.
• Must meet state requirements for childcare teachers.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Positive attitude, patience, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities and learning experiences.
• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and classroom routines.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
• Communicate positively with parents and team members.
• Guide and support assistant teachers or aides.
• Ensure classroom licensing and safety standards are followed.
