Job summary

ECOLE 360 Child Development Center is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and nurture young learners in a dynamic classroom. You will implement weekly plans aligned with Creative Curriculum, support exploration, and foster a warm, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

You will communicate with parents, design engaging activities, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure every child’s development stays on track. Prioritize ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse families and children.

Responsibilities

• Follow weekly plans based on Creative Curriculum Guidelines.
• Support play, exploration, and learning through interaction.
