Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check ability required.
• Completion of 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document child development and share progress with families.
• Communicate with parents through daily contact and scheduled conferences.
