Children of America is a nationwide preschool with 65+ locations. We are seeking a Lead Teacher in New Jersey to work with a talented team of educators, delivering the Mind and Body Matters curriculum and leading daily lessons.

This role emphasizes growth, collaboration, and a passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate holds a CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, has at least 2 years of licensed childcare experience, and is CPR/First Aid certified.

Qualifications

• Requires CDA or Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensed childcare.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must meet state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily lesson plans.
• Assist in creating a safe, structured learning environment.
