Job summary

The Learning Experience in Manvel, TX seeks an Experienced Preschool Teacher to foster a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play. You will guide learners with our LEAP Curriculum®, adapting for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers while prioritizing safety and development.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families and staff, communicating progress, and supporting enrollment and center goals. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE preferred or HS diploma/GED required.
• Ability to communicate with families and coworkers effectively.

• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum, adapting activities to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers as appropriate.

• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and conversations.
• Partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
