Job summary

The Learning Experience in Spring Ridge, PA is seeking an Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children learn through play and exploration using our LEAP Curriculum.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required), an associate degree in ECE or related field (preferred) or a HS diploma/GED (required), and a passion for guiding young learners.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and milestones through apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and center success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
