Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher in California. You will provide daily care in a licensed center, following guidelines and implementing our proprietary curriculum to support learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating lesson plans in a licensed center.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Meet state requirements for background, immunization, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on child care, preschool and development topics, and implement the proprietary curriculum.
• Create fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

Compensation And Benefits

• Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options
• Lead Teacher- $20.61-$21.41
• Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers
