Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Flagstaff, AZ to craft engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences and mentor other teachers. You’ll promote growth, manage routines, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing standards.

Responsibilities include leading instruction, ensuring safety, and maintaining strong relationships with families to support student success. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center operations.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum with adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
