Job summary

Learning Care Group Mountain West is seeking a Lead Teacher on the Phoenix, AZ campus. You will lead a classroom, design engaging learning experiences, and mentor fellow Teachers to promote growth and joy in early childhood education.

As a Lead Teacher you will manage curriculum, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s success. This full-time role offers health coverage, education assistance, and a weekday work week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
