Qualifications

• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• CDA credential preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous experience required.
• Has completed state-required pre-service training.
• Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare.
• Interact with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Assistants work with the lead teacher on daily tasks.
