Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher in Nevada to develop engaging, age-appropriate lessons and mentor other teachers. You will guide classroom activities, manage daily routines, ensure licensing standards are followed, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families.

The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for ongoing training, tuition assistance, and our Master Teacher program to help you grow professionally.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the childcare center
• Capacity to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers
• Lead classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guideline compliance
• Build relationships with families to support center success
