Job summary
La Petite Academy in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Lead Teacher to create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You’ll lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
- Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation per licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success.
