• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool children.
• Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily class operations and implement curriculum activities.
• Maintain records of developmental milestones and attendance.
• Establish developmentally appropriate room arrangements and learning environments.
• Provide written communication to parents via reports or digital platforms.
• Ensure daily activities are posted for parents and bulletin boards are current.
• Supervise and mentor the assistant teacher(s) in the classroom.
• Assist in training new staff and participating in staff events.
• Ensure equipment, space and safety are maintained.
• Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist in coverage when needed.
