Job summary

The Goddard School of Crestview Hills, KY is seeking passionate Lead Teachers to be part of our Founding Faculty Team. These roles involve implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate curricula using our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program, managing classroom environments, and maintaining communication with families. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma (associate's or bachelor's preferred), CDA preferred, and prior experience with young children. This position offers flexible schedules and competitive salaries.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children.
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the proprietary curriculum.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
