Job summary

You will build trust with families and support the center's success through strong communication and relationship-building. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
