Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher for our Phoenix child care center. You will lead the classroom, develop engaging learning activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure curriculum aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support children’s social, physical, and cognitive growth, and help create a safe, welcoming environment Monday through Friday. Compensation is based on position and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.
