Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an energetic Lead Teacher to inspire lifelong learners in a nurturing preschool setting. You will create engaging, interactive lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and drive curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing and center standards.

You will lead by example in classroom management, foster growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains, and communicate with families to support each child’s progress and the center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.
