Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to shape early education in a vibrant childcare center in California. You’ll design engaging lessons, mentor other Teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines.

You will also foster strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth and center success, contributing to a positive, active learning environment every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
