What You’ll Do
  • Create a welcoming and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support academic, emotional, and spiritual growth
  • Supervise students at all times with attention to safety and well-being
  • Maintain classroom routines, behavioral expectations, and consistent communication with families
  • Assess and document student progress using portfolios and a variety of tools
  • Participate in required staff meetings, conferences, school events, and family engagement activities
  • Meet all licensing and DHS requirements, including professional development hours
  • Collaborate with the preschool director, colleagues, and school leadership
  • Be flexible and available to work between 7:30 AM and 12:30 PM
