Job summary

Carpe Diem Cedar Park, part of the Endeavor Schools family, seeks a Lead Preschool Teacher for 2–3 year olds. You will develop age-appropriate curriculum, lead engaging activities, and monitor each child’s development.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Lead Teacher experience with the age group
• CDA or Early Childhood Education degree highly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with Conscious Discipline Preferred
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to maintain established classroom routines
• Strong, positive interactions with children
• Ability to use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate redirection
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans
• Collaborate with co-teachers, support staff, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate activities for 2–3 year olds
• Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times
• Monitor children’s progress and development
