The Goddard School is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher in Stafford, VA to guide a 3–4 year old classroom with creativity, care, and structure.

Qualifications

• CDA or college degree in Early Childhood Development Education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience working with 3 year-olds in a licensed childcare setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

• Dedication to fostering a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment.

• Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities tailored to the needs of 3 to 4 year-olds.

• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Establish and maintain positive communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Adhere to licensing regulations and the center's policies and procedures.
