The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to foster a positive learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will lead classroom activities, apply our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, and partner with families to support children's growth and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional teaching experience.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field.
• Ability to communicate with parents and care for young children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in line with each child's needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and progress.
• Collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.

As an Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
