Pay Range: $19 - $25/hr based on credentials and experience.

Positions available as full or part-time roles. Your role involves supporting preschool children’s exploration and social-emotional growth in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Implementing age-appropriate curriculum
• Ensuring children's safety and well-being
• Supporting developmental needs
• Leading and collaborating with team members
• Effective communication with families and community
• Maintaining a positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Lead Teacher: Bachelor’s Degree; Assistant Teacher: CDA with preschool endorsement
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of child development and MSDE regulations
• Warm, friendly demeanor and strong communication skills
• Technological proficiency a plus
• Reliable attendance and organizational skills
• Must pass background checks and, for federal centers, GSA-security clearance

Pay Range: $19 - $25 per hour depending on location and credentials.
