Pay Range:

Based on credentials and experience, $19 - $25/hr for Assistant and Lead Teachers. Aide positions are also available.

About the Role:

Seeking Lead and Assistant Teachers for preschool programs at multiple campuses. Your role involves supporting children's exploration and social-emotional growth in a play-based environment.

• Bells Mill/Potomac
• Congressional Plaza
• Greenwood
• Montgomery Square
• NRC/Rockville
• Potomac Village

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum
• Supervise and ensure safety of children
• Support development and socio-emotional needs
• Lead classroom team effectively
• Communicate positively with families and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree for Lead Teachers; CDA with Preschool Endorsement for Assistants
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of child development principles
• Knowledge of MSDE regulations
• Warm, friendly demeanor; reliable and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
