Pay Range:

Assistant and Lead Teachers: $19 - $25/hr based on experience and credentials. Aide positions are also available.

About the Role:

We seek individuals to support preschool children’s exploration and social-emotional growth in a play-based environment. Positions are available at multiple campuses, full or part-time.

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum to meet educational needs
• Supervise children ensuring safety and well-being
• Support physical, emotional, and developmental needs
• Lead and collaborate effectively with the team
• Communicate positively with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, positive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree for Lead Teachers; CDA with Preschool Endorsement for Assistant Teachers
• 2+ years relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of child development principles
• Knowledge of MSDE regulations
• Warm, friendly demeanor and reliable attendance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
