Building Kidz of Columbia in Temple Hills, MD is seeking a full-time Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old preschool class. This role emphasizes a positive, rewarding environment and arts-integrated curriculum to support early development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program.
• 45 hour Preschool certification required.
• 90 hour certification (Growth and Development/Methods and Materials) preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• CDA preferred.
• Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR training.
• Willingness to complete additional pre-service trainings as needed.
