Requirements:

• Effective communication in verbal and written English; bilingual in Spanish is a big plus

What you will be doing:

• Lead classroom team to achieve greater effectiveness
• Work with small groups of children (ages 0-5) to support their learning and model successful behaviors
• Plan lessons considering all areas of development, individual needs, sensory and experiential work, and language of thought
• Conduct target setting and performance review meetings, and prepare report cards
• Engage in continuous reading and research in education, and participate in coaching and training sessions
