We are looking for full-time Educators to join our team at Building Kidz of Columbia! Specifically, a Lead Teacher for our 2-year-old preschool class.

Each child enrolled in our program will experience:

Performing Arts

Our proprietary PA curriculum fully integrates music, dance, and theater into our age-appropriate development standards through classes and Broadway-style productions.

Our proprietary LTLE curriculum complements dedicated and focused play areas to accelerate cognitive, emotional, and social development.

Nutritious Meals

For campuses with kitchens, we prepare monthly meal plans and provide nutrient-dense choices daily. At campuses without kitchens, we prepare nutritious snacks daily to supplement lunches provided from home.

Academics

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• At least 1 year of experience in an early childhood program
• 45-hour Preschool certification required
• 90-hour certification (Growth and Development/Methods and Materials) preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• CDA preferred
• Willing to complete First Aid & CPR training
• Willing to complete additional pre-service trainings as needed

Additional Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry a 40-pound object

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
