Primrose School of Alpharetta East seeks an enthusiastic Lead Teacher who wants to make a difference and put their talents to use.

We are currently looking for a Lead Teacher for our Preschool Pathways (2 1/2 - 3-year-old) age group to join our established professional teaching team.

Location: Primrose School of Alpharetta East (5425 McGinnis Village Place, Alpharetta, GA 30005).

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have a minimum of CDA, TCC or Associates in Early Childhood Education
  • Must have a passion for working with young children

Qualifications:

  • Previous childcare experience is preferred
  • Must be energetic and fun
  • Ability to relate positively with young children of all ages

  • Desire to make a difference in the lives of young children
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs for child safety and program facilitation

The Lead Teacher is responsible for classroom management and supervision, including education, personal care, hygiene, and positive discipline. They plan and implement the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, focusing on physical, social, and emotional growth, providing materials for exploration and active play. The teacher prepares materials and maintains a safe, organized, and productive environment.
