Job summary

The Little Apron Academy near Smyrna, GA, part of Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC, is seeking a Lead Preschool Educator. You will lead curriculum delivery and mentor teachers to create engaging experiences for children.

You will partner with families, ensure child safety, and support a high-quality program in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This role is in-person in the Smyrna area.

Qualifications

• Pass required state and company background checks.
• CD A with educational plan to complete associated degree is required.
• Associate or higher degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years of professional teaching experience in high-quality child care or preschool.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in implementing high-quality curriculum aligned with our philosophy and anti-bias education.
• Be a curriculum expert and use educational quality tools to assess and enhance program implementation.
• Partner and communicate effectively with families, while mentoring new teachers and serving as role model.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements as defined by state agency.
