You will also support classroom Aides on their journey to become Celebree Teachers, contributing to a collaborative team dedicated to child development and learning through play.

Qualifications

• Lead teacher qualifications per state lead teacher requirements
• Knowledge of child development and licensing requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a warm, inclusive classroom where children feel safe and engaged.
• Incorporate language-rich activities to support early literacy and communication.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe learning spaces.
• Communicate with parents about child progress and milestones.
