Job summary

Little Folks Daycare in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a passionate Lead PreK Teacher to guide young learners in a warm, supportive environment. You will design and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculums and monitor developmental progress.

Responsibilities include mentoring assistant teachers, maintaining safe classroom practices, and communicating regularly with families about child growth and milestones. A degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of licensed childcare or preschool experience.
  • CPR and First Aid certification current or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development principles.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check per Minnesota licensing requirements.
