The Club House Childcare and Preschool in Rosemount, MN is seeking a passionate Pre-K Teacher to join our nurturing team. You will plan age-appropriate curriculum, foster a safe classroom, and monitor progress for young learners.

We value warm, patient educators with strong communication skills who collaborate with staff and engage families in their child’s learning journey.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Pre-K or early childhood age groups preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations.
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
