Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Leader to design precision mechanisms and electro‑mechanical hardware through prototyping and testing in an on‑site Herndon, VA environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a TS/SCI clearance (active or within two years), bring 13 years of relevant experience or advanced degrees, and demonstrate proficiency with Creo, GD&T (ASME Y14.5), 3D CAD, and DFMA methods to optimize SWaP and mechanical packaging.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required or within the past two years; favorable polygraph.
• 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/training.
• Creo/3D CAD, GD&T/ASME Y14.5, technical drawings, thermal/structural loading, SWaP optimization.
• Actuators, gear trains, mechanical packaging, and DFMA experience.

Requirements:

• Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance, active now or held within the past two years; favorable polygraph held or obtainable.
• Bachelor's + 9 years, graduate degree + 7 years, or approximately 13 relevant years without a degree.
• Creo/3D CAD, GD&T/ASME Y14.5, technical drawings, thermal/structural loading, and SWaP optimization.
• Actuators, gear trains, mechanical packaging, and DFM/DFMA experience.
