We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. As a Pre-K teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons to a group of 4-5-year-old children who are gearing up to start their Elementary School Years. You will play a key role in helping young learners develop basic skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity in a supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications

18+ Years Old

Assistant: Experience in preschool setting is preferred

Lead: Meet one of the following:

Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development

Have a Child Development Associate Credential

Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children

3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Teaching certification is preferred but not required.

At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with young children (ages 3-5).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Patience, creativity, outside of the box thinker, and a passion for working with young children.

Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum and learning standards.

Familiarity with online assessment tools and child development tracking.

Ability to engage children through storytelling, songs, and interactive activities.
