Job summary

Great Hearts Online is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher for Young Hearts Preschool in Buckeye, AZ. This onsite role reports to the School Director and focuses on education, supervision, assessment, and parent communication.

The ideal candidate has a CDA or higher, 1–2 years in a licensed preschool, and will help maintain program quality and pursue NAEYC accreditation while collaborating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• CDA or higher preferred for Lead Teacher role.
• 1–2 years of experience in a licensed preschool.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in AZ.
• Background check, fingerprint clearance, TB test required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow QA measures to maintain program excellence and licensure.
• Support and work toward NAEYC accreditation.
• Maintain regular communication with School Director and parents.
• Lead lessons using The Creative Curriculum and Gold Strategies.
• Hold parent conferences and collaborate with staff.
