Tutor Time Childcare is hiring a Lead Pre‑K Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct to meet each child’s needs and program requirements. We seek curious, open‑hearted change makers who help children prepare for Kindergarten and beyond.

You will develop engaging activities, support fellow teachers, and ensure compliant curriculum delivery while fostering strong family partnerships and a positive center culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and program requirements.
• Communicate! Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and center success.
