Job summary

Town Square Academy in Norcross, GA is seeking a Georgia Certified Toddler Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact in early childhood education. You will lead daily classroom activities, partner with families, and create a nurturing environment that supports growth.

We require at least 18 years old, a Georgia Teaching Certificate, and a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. CPR/First Aid and background check are also expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare or Pre-K setting preferred (1 year)
• CPR & First Aid Certification current
• Able to pass a comprehensive background check

Responsibilities

• Lead the Classroom: Oversee daily operations and implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum with fidelity.
• Build Strong Relationships: Partner with families to support each child’s growth and development.
• Create a Nurturing Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging space where children thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Collaborate with Support Staff: Work closely with the assistant teacher and administrative team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
