La Petite Academy in Florida is seeking a State Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child's needs and program requirements. We value caregivers who are curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

You’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor other teachers, manage the classroom, and build strong relationships with families to support your center’s success while meeting licensing guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience leading a preschool classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center guidelines.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, assessment, and instruction tailored to each child.
• Mentor fellow teachers and develop engaging learning experiences.
