Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Manager, Power Platform & Modern FrontEnd Engineering to lead enterprise-grade solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on frontend stacks such as React, Angular, and Next.js, plus Azure services and AI-assisted development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader and people manager, able to set direction, review architecture, mentor developers, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies, including React, Angular, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with custom frontend applications and Azure services.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Platform and modern frontend frameworks, ensuring enterprise-grade quality and security.
• Guide teams in integrating Power Platform with React, Angular, Next.js and Azure-hosted services, establishing scalable patterns.
• Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards and delivery excellence.
