Job summary

RSM seeks a Manager, Power Platform & Modern Front‑End Engineering to lead enterprise‑grade solutions that blend low‑code Power Platform with modern front‑end stacks like React, Angular, and Next.js. You will mentor teams, set technical direction, and ensure delivery excellence across client engagements.

You will drive architecture reviews, guide AI‑assisted development, and partner with architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions while growing your people and shaping the practice's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application development or solution delivery.
• Strong experience with modern front‑end technologies, including React (required), Angular and/or Next.js (preferred).
• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern UI patterns.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of solutions leveraging Power Apps (Model‑Driven, Canvas, Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Dynamics 365.
• Guide teams in integrating Power Platform solutions with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js) and Azure‑hosted services.
• Establish architectural patterns for frontend extensibility, API‑based integrations, and secure, scalable deployments.
• Drive adoption of AI‑assisted development (e.g., Copilot, code generation, system analysis) to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
• Review designs, code, and solutions to ensure they meet enterprise standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Manage and mentor a team of Power Platform and front‑end developers; provide technical coaching on modern JavaScript frameworks and Power Platform best practices.
