The role requires at least 10 years of power plant engineering experience and strong analytical skills. The successful candidate will lead performance evaluations, develop optimization strategies, and maintain databases for reporting. A competitive salary of $125,000-$180,533 and comprehensive benefits are offered, including a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, plant engineering, operations, or maintenance.
• Demonstrated expertise in power plant performance, including analysis and modeling.
• Proven capability in project planning, engineering design, and budgeting.
