Brown University Health is seeking a Lead Power Plant Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily power plant activities at Rhode Island Hospital. You will oversee boiler, turbine, generator operations and the maintenance of related equipment to ensure reliable energy for end users.

SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Chief Engineer-Power Plant, the Lead Power Plant Engineer provides assistance in supervising, planning, inspecting, monitoring, scheduling and coordinating daily power plant activities. Controls, monitors and repairs boilers, turbines, generators and auxiliary power generating plant equipment. As delegated, schedules the repair and maintenance of high-pressure steam boiler, turbo-generator, medical waste incinerators and ancillary equipment that produces energy for end users. Assumes supervisory responsibility and authority in the absence of Chief Engineer, Power Plant.

Pay Range: $32.56-$53.71
