Job summary

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Lead Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions and enterprise semantic models across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and AI teams to support analytics and Generative AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes delivering interactive Power BI dashboards, optimizing DAX logic, and ensuring robust governance and security across reporting assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver clear, intuitive Power BI dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Author and optimize complex DAX measures, calculations, and time-intelligence logic to evaluate key metrics.
• Connect, extract, and transform data from diverse enterprise sources using Power Query and automated data flows.
• Diagnose and optimize report performance by tuning DAX and data models, reducing cardinalities, and leveraging star-schema architecture.
• Implement governance and security with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-disciplinary teams to translate analytical questions into impactful reports.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable BI solutions, enterprise semantic models, and reporting infrastructure on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and AI teams to support analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver clear, intuitive, and interactive Power BI dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable stakeholder insights.
• Author and optimize complex DAX measures, calculations, and custom time-intelligence logic to evaluate key business metrics and organizational KPIs.
• Connect, extract, and transform structured and unstructured data from diverse enterprise sources using Power Query (M) and automated data flows.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize report performance by tuning DAX measures, refining data models, reducing cardinalities, and leveraging star-schema architecture.
• Implement and manage robust governance and report security protocols, including Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS), to safeguard sensitive business information.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders, functional teams, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to translate core analytical questions into impactful, visual reporting solutions.
