Responsibilities include leading a team, coaching junior technicians, and ensuring high-quality service across air- and water-cooled models. Certifications are valued, with certification available if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience servicing Porsche vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic skills using PIWIS or equivalent diagnostic tools.
• Deep understanding of Porsche systems: drivetrain, suspension, electrical, cooling, etc.
• Ability to work on both air-cooled and water-cooled Porsche models.
• Experience with major service intervals, engine work, transmission service, IMS, AC systems, etc.
• Competency in inspection, documentation, and communication.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support junior technicians.
• Certifications are a plus—but real Porsche experience matters most.
