Blue Metric Pools is seeking a Lead Pool Technician to own the route across premier vacation rental properties on Siesta Key and nearby islands. You will perform daily servicing, precise chemical dosing, and minor repairs, using Pool Brain and WaterGuru to ensure guest-ready pools.

This growth role offers a clear path into route leadership and eventually an operations position, with a written growth plan and a schedule that includes one weekend day for turnovers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years solid pool service experience.
• CPO certification preferred — not required; company pays for course in first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Daily field service: perform pool servicing to a consistent, resort-level standard.
• Precision chemical dosing: review WaterGuru readings daily and dose using data-backed methods.
• Minor repairs: diagnose and fix pump seals, o-rings, timers, salt cells, etc.
• Software oversight: keep routes, jobs, and service data accurate in Pool Brain and WaterGuru.
• Bi-annual maintenance inspections: complete reports, tag equipment, and flag issues.
