Job summary

Human Agency, Inc. seeks an experienced pool technician in the St. Louis area to diagnose leaks, perform repairs, and deliver post-service confidence to customers. You’ll lead on-site work with minimal supervision and document each visit thoroughly.

You’ll start by servicing our own facility, then expand to a growing client base, driving service standards, and owning the process end-to-end. Must be able to lift 100 lbs and work independently in varied outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in pool and spa maintenance and leak detection (not entry level).
• Deep knowledge of pool plumbing, filtration systems, and mechanical components.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment and field testing methods.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform leak detection across pools, spas, and underground piping systems using pressure testing, acoustic, ultrasonic, and video inspection methods.
• Execute complete pool and spa repairs, from plumbing fixes and equipment replacement to leak remediation.
• Service and maintain the company’s own pool to a high standard as a baseline for customer sites.
• Work directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurers on-site and in communications.
• Complete thorough, clear job reports for every visit so another technician can pick up where you left off.
• Help shape how the service operation scales as the customer base grows in the St. Louis area.
