Job summary

Entegris in San Luis Obispo, CA, seeks a Lead Product Manager for Gas Purification Systems to define and execute product strategies enabling ultra-high purity gas delivery for semiconductor manufacturing. The role bridges engineering, commercial, and customer-facing functions to deliver differentiated purification solutions that meet stringent process requirements at leading-edge fabs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in semiconductor, specialty gases, gas delivery systems, or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmap for gas purification technologies (purifier systems, filters, getters, point-of-use solutions).
• Collaborate with key semiconductor customers to understand evolving purity requirements and translate VOC insights into requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product introductions and manage full product lifecycle.
