MINER/MASON & ASSOCIATES, a national rehab provider, seeks a PM&R Physiatrist to lead our acute rehab consult service. The role focuses on improving patient flow, reducing hospital length of stay, and planning effective discharge through early rehab.

You’ll expand the consult program across inpatient and outpatient settings with strong institutional support and scheduling flexibility to fit your practice across campus and affiliated hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Expand and lead a consult service at a partner acute care hospital
• Carry a small inpatient census (5–10 beds)
• See patients in your own outpatient clinic—space is already prepared on campus
• PM&R scheduling is flexible and support is available
• Lead a service line with autonomy and hospital system backing
